1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Competiez Media's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Services Description
Competiez Media provides:
- Website hosting and design services
- SAAS platform development
- Social media management
- Digital marketing services
- Content creation and SEO optimization
3. Subscription and Payment Terms
Monthly Subscriptions: All recurring packages are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime with no long-term commitment.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
4. Performance Guarantee
We review results every 3 months. If you're not seeing growth in agreed-upon metrics, we will recommend adjustments or suggest you discontinue our services. This demonstrates our commitment to delivering real value.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain all rights to content you provide us. By using our services, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.
Our Work Product: Content we create for you (graphics, copy, designs) becomes your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified.
Platform Code: For SAAS development, source code ownership will be specified in the project agreement.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information needed for services
- Grant necessary access to accounts and platforms
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Maintain payment method validity
- Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
7. Limitation of Liability
Competiez Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 3 months.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. We will work with active clients to ensure smooth transitions.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship. This obligation survives termination of services.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately for non-payment or breach of terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the province where Competiez Media operates.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
